Welcome to USSD Palo Alto Karate, Kempo-style from United Studios of Self Defense. Whether you want yourself or your kids to become more confident, focused or disciplined, or even if you just want to find a fun family activity, we are here to help you. At our dojo we follow the martial art form of Kempo Karate, which is a combination of Japanese Karate, Shaolin Kung Fu and Jiujitsu. There are many martial arts to learn (MMA, Kung-Fu, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Kempo, Escrima, Judo, Taekwondo, Kick-Boxing, etc.), but our primary focus is to make your martial arts journey memorable.
Private Lessons And Group Classes
Our Palo Alto karate studio features a very spacious and child-safe Martial Arts training area, comfortable sitting area for parents, and especially the care and attention of our dedicated teachers. We provide a combination of Private, Team and Group lessons that fit anyone's schedule... adult, teen or children. We can set up a FREE 30 minute introductory tour and class that can show you the benefits of training at our dojo. There is no obligation, so please feel free to try us out.
